Making a Purchase

We accept Switch, Delta, Visa, Solo, Maestro, Mastercard and some Electroncards. Your card will be processed by Sagepay a uk industry standard payment processor. This means your details have 128 bit security, fraud-preventive authorisation direct from your card issuer and the knowledge that we do not have access to your card details. Alternatively, you can always pay by Paypal. We will contact you by telephone or email if there are any queries with your order.

Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. If you wish to return items for credit after this period, that are not faulty or damaged but simply that you have changed your mind, we reserve the right to charge up to 25 percent of the original price as a restocking fee and to cover postage and associated costs. Not applicable during December as we realise that people buy early for gifts.

If a product doesn't fit, then we will replace for an alternative size only - upon receipt of the item in original tagged condition. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn or washed. Return postage and postage costs of sending the replacement item to you are the customer's responsibility. If an alternative size is not available then you have the option of credit to the full purchase amount or a refund less P&P and handling costs.

If you need to return an item for any reason, you must first contact us for authorisation returns@therallyshack.co.uk . The customer is responsible for any costs incurred whilst returning any products and for the shipping costs of replacement items - We do not charge return P&P for smaller lighter items.

Delivery Schedule

We try to deliver your order within three to ten working days - if goods are in stock we can deliver within 1 - 3 days for a nominal fee. Goods may need to be signed for upon receipt.

If you do not receive your items within 7 days it usually means we are out of stock and waiting for a delivery from our suppliers. We receive weekly deliveries and your order will be shipped on the day it arrives with us.

Credit Card Security

We are a reputable business and you can trust us completely with your credit card details - it is completely safe. We want your return custom after all! We do not disclose any of your details to third parties. The shopping cart section is 128 bit security encrypted and provided by Sagepay. We also accept Paypal Payments. We never have access to your card details and we are fully compliant with all national regulations and recommendations regarding the security of your details.

In the unlikely event of any of our products being faulty, please return within 7 days for a replacement item, or a refund.
