We accept Switch, Delta, Visa, Solo, Maestro and Mastercard.  We will not charge your card upon receipt of your order.  Charge for the goods and Postage and handling will be charged at time of shipping. Shipping does not include insurance.  If you require insurance please advise by email.  We will contact you by telephone or email if there are any queries with your order. We will only ship to the card holders address.  Please check that the shipping details are the same as the cardholders details and that you have entered your 3 digit security code - as your card issuer will be requested to authorise your order..

Your security code is the last 3 digits on the reverse of your card.

Shipping And Handling and All delivery charges to international customers are not included in the listed prices and will be charged in addition to the price of your order. Most orders to Europe and the USA cost between £2.00 and £15.00.

Postal insurance is not included and must be asked for by email!

Please allow 3-10 working days for your order to leave us.  Don't forget you have shipping time to add to this - USA 5 days, EU 5 days or less .

If you wish to return items for credit, that are not faulty or damaged, but simply that you have changed your mind, we reserve the right to charge up to 25 percent of the original price as a restocking fee. In addition postage and associated costs are non-refundable..

If an item of clothing or footwear doesn't fit, then we will replace for an alternative size only - upon receipt of the item in original condition.  Returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn or washed.  If an alternative size is not available then you have the option of credit to the full purchase amount or a refund less P&P and handling costs.  You are responsible for return shipping costs to us and the cost of shipping replacement items .

If you need to return an item for any reason, you must first contact us for authorisation returns@therallyshack.co.uk . YOU are responsible for any costs incurred whilst returning any products. 

Delivery Schedule

We try to ship your order within three to ten working days  Goods will need to be signed for upon receipt Delivery is via Royal Mail and then your Post Office.

Guarantee

In the unlikely event of any of our products being faulty, please return within 7 days for a replacement item, or a refund as detailed above.
