We usually ship First Class within 24 hours of you placing your order. Sometimes delays beyond our control can occur, we will notify you if a lengthy delay is expected.
If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order then you have probably keyed in your email address incorrectly. Please contact us if you need a copy.
The Rally Shack offer a no quibble 7 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase return it to us within 7 days and we will credit your card the purchase price of the product. Please note:
Returns cannot be accepted if the item has been worn or washed. Some items are not returnable, such as earrings. All returns must be in the original packaging and with the original tags still attached.
Return postage and in the case of an exchange re-postage (ie. you need to change the size) is at the cost of the customer, unless you have received the wrong item in which case The Rally Shack will refund your postage costs.

When buying from this site you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
